The Black Red Tail Shark, also known as the Red Tail Shark, is a striking freshwater fish known for its jet-black body and vibrant red tail. Native to Thailand, this semi-aggressive species adds a bold presence to aquariums and thrives in well-structured tanks with plenty of swimming space and hiding spots. While they resemble sharks in appearance, they are actually part of the cyprinid family and are closely related to minnows and barbs.
