Product Return Policy – Bubbles n' Bows

We offer in-store credit only for product returns. The following conditions apply:

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

Products must be in original, intact packaging and in unused condition.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Clothing or accessories that smell like cigarette smoke.

Items with damaged packaging.

Defective Items: If a product is found to be defective, customers or management must obtain approval from our distributor before any in-store credit is issued.

 

Additional Notes

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

In-store credit will be issued in the amount of the original purchase price of the returned item(s).

Fish Loss Policy - Bubbles n' Bows (NEW)

If your fish you purchase does not arrive alive or passes within 24h, we’ve got you covered. We cover losses up to 24 hours after arrival; no questions asked. 

Fish Policy rules:

We need a photo, so don’t flush that fish till you snap a quick picture. Just send us an email to admin@bubblesnbows.ca including a photo of the lost fish with the name or phone number you have used to create your account if you have one. We will need one to add your credit to your profile. 

We do not cover ‘disappearing fish’ or casualties due to aggressive tank-mates or aquarium structural/functional issues. It is your responsibility to provide a photo of the casualty in undamaged condition. Fish that display obvious signs of trauma/damage/or harassment from tank mates will not be credited. (examples of this are significant damage to/ or shredding of the dorsal, caudal, or ventral fins, bite marks, or significant portions of the fish are missing). We highly recommend utilizing an acclimation box for your new inhabitants. This ensure they have the chance settle in without harassment.

Store credit is issued for the purchase price of the lost fish only.

Store credit can be used to purchase a replacement, or to purchase any other fish on our site. If you incur a loss and we issue you a credit, you can use it to buy anything else on the site!

Guarantee may only be redeemed once per fish, per customer.

This does not apply to Adoption Fish or special orders otherwise specified. No Exceptions.

We do not cover shipping costs for replacement fish.

Live Animal Purchase Policy

Unless told otherwise by owners, once a live small animal has left our premises, we cannot guarantee its ongoing health or accept it for return if it becomes ill under your care after 24h to 48h. We strongly encourage you to budget for routine veterinary care.

Animal Surrender Policy

Animals are not eligible for refunds or store credit.

If you are unable to care for an animal purchased from us, you may surrender it back to our store (as long as we have space available). Please note that we will not provide any monetary or credit compensation for animal surrenders.
